Waiting for Baby

By: Jennifer Hailey (View Profile)

I am a thirty-one year old female who has been trying to get pregnant for years. Finally two months ago, I did! Unfortunately I miscarried but I am now pregnant again and I am so exited! They say it is easier to get pregnant after a miscarriage, and I suppose they’re right! I had one normal period and the next month I was pregnant! I am so thrilled and so far everything is fine.

I suffered a stroke two years ago, so there are concerns. I can’t have a natural childbirth because victims of stroke cannot (or should not!) labor and push. I have to give myself shots of Heparin twice daily and I have to watch everything I eat ... but that’s ok ... I am going to do everything I can to see that this baby is born healthy!

congratulations. I am sorry to hear about your miscarriage though. You sound like a strong woman and I wish you lots of luck
