According to nutritionists, the Dorm Room Diet is great reading material for college students. It provides practical advice on how to eat healthy when faced with so many challenges on a college campus. It encourages healthy foods and offers snack ideas for those wee hours in the morning when you are still studying! Exercise is also encouraged, with reasonable and flexible recommendations. Although a multivitamin is a good recommendation for a college student who may be falling short on his or her vitamins and minerals, I do not think it is necessary to take all of the other recommended supplements, especially without medical supervision.
