Pineapple-Coconut Delight

Ingredients:

1/4 cup condensed milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 cup coconut meat, shredded
1/4 cup pineapple tidbits
1/4 cup sugar palm, boiled until tender
1/4 cup lychee

Directions:

Make salad dressing by cooking condensed milk and egg yolk until thick. Stir continuously, then let cool. Mix coconut, pineapple, sugar palm, lychee, and salad dressing. Chill and serve.
