A zestful, hearty, fulfilling side vegetable that tastes great and can be made fast on the fly in just ten minutes ... and served right outta the microwave!
Ingredients:
2 15 ounce cans LeSuer’s Baby Green Peas (drained completely)
1 10 ounce can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup pickled pearl onions (drained)
4 ounces crumbled pre-cooked crispy bacon
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
1 two quart microwaveable dish with lid
Procedure:
1. Combine greens peas, cream of mushroom soup, Creole seasoning, pearl onions and crumbed crispy bacon thoroughly in two quart microwaveable dish and cover.
2. Nuke it for ten minutes and serve right outta the microwave.
3. Tasty great and filling ... what more could you ask for!
