Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 kilo shrimps, shelled and deveined
1 can Alaska Evaporated Filled Milk (370 milliliters)
2 tablespoons garlic
1 cup chopped onion
5 cups water
2 pieces of chicken, cubed
4 cups peeled and cubed potatoes
2 cups cheese, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
Sauté butter or margarine, garlic, onions, and shrimp. Set aside. In the same pan, boil water. Add chicken cubes, cheese, and potatoes. Let boil for a few minutes. Season to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
