Ingredients:
1 cup ube jam
1 pack instant gelatine
1/4 cup (300ml) condensed milk
1 cup water
1 cup coconut meat preserve
1/3 cup toasted rice gran
Remaining condensed milk
1 pack all purpose cream
Directions:
1. To make the ube gelatine cubes, place ube jam, condensed milk, gelatine powder, and water in a pan. Cook over low heat until gelatine is totally dissolved. Pour in a rectangular mold and let it set. Cut into cubes.
2. In a bowl, blend condensed milk and all purpose cream. Toss in ube gelatine cubes and rice gran. Chill until ready to serve.
Serves 8.
