We have been gluten free for only a short time but we knew quickly that pasta was not something that we could live without. As a result, we have tried several different kinds of pasta made with a variety of ingredients. Tinkyada's Brown Rice Pasta has been great. It is easy to prepare and really can handle over-cooking (which is great when you are trying to schedule cooking and eating around kids bed times!!). Both the spaghetti and the linguine are excellent. When I first made the linguine I really overcooked it and it came out of the pot in almost a complete lump. I soldiered on however and completed the pasta salad that I was making. When it was all done, it was great. We have made the spaghetti several times and each time it has been excellent. Our experimenting is over, we have found the gluten free pasta that we need.
