It was the last book in that Twilight saga and I have to say it sucked. It didn't sound like the authour was the one who wrote it. It was predictable and boring, the only good part about it was the happy ending; I am a sucker for happy endings. If you have read the other book in the Twilight saga and loved them, don't read the last book.
