Brand:Book
Product:by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin

This gutsy guide to nutritious eating during pregnancy is a must read for a first time mom-to-be. It is written by the authors of the #1 New York Times Bestseller Skinny Bitch who use the same irreverent language in both books. Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin are not gynecologists but humorously show you how to “use your head” to make informed decisions about what you’re feeding yourself and your unborn bundle of joy. They openly claim that they did not write the book to make friends but rather help women eat right, ensuring successful pregnancies and healthy babies. They tell you the truth about food and how what you eat can affect your pregnancy and baby.

They also give you the scoop on some of the side effects of pregnancy (like why you’re passing so much gas), the reasons you should “suck it up” and breastfeed, and the low-down on a few things like how long you can avoid having sex with your husband.

With their trademark straight-talk and bawdy humor, the Bitches deliver all the advice you want and need for a healthy pregnancy!

I read the first book. They are rude and tasteless! They explain at the end it's not so much to help someone get skinny as it is to get everyone to follow their example and be vegans - total BS!
